1.2 The Server operates as a free-to-play private server, and any purchases made are for virtual items or services within the Server. These purchases have no real-world monetary value.

1.3 All purchases made through the Server are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

2. European Union Directive

2.1 According to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal.
