Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your participation in the Noctis early-access program at noctis.to (“Noctis”, “we”, “us”). By registering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.
1. Early access & founder rewards
Registering for early access reserves a character name for the upcoming launch of Noctis and enrolls you in the founder rewards offered before launch, which currently include an exclusive Early Access cosmetic pack, a founder-only Discord role and in-game rank, and your reserved name. These rewards are delivered at or after launch, once you create a game account with the same email address (Section 3), and the exact rewards may change before then. If we detect abuse, fraud, or any attempt to game the system, we may revoke your name reservation and any or all of your early-access rewards — including any others linked to you — at any time and without notice.
2. One reservation per person
You may reserve only one (1) name per person. Creating multiple registrations, or using additional email addresses, devices, networks, or any other means to obtain more than one reservation, is not allowed. Attempts to circumvent this limit will be penalized and may result in the loss of all your reservations and exclusion from early access.
3. This is not a game account
Early-access registration does not create a game account and does not by itself grant access to the game. It records your interest and holds your chosen name. Before registrations open, we will notify you in advance by email so that you can create an account using the same email address in order to claim your reserved name. Reservations are tied to the email address you register with.
4. A valid email address is required
You must provide a valid, working email address that you own and control. We accept addresses only from recognized email providers. Reservations made with invalid, disposable, or unreachable addresses may be removed, and you may be unable to claim your name if we cannot contact you.
5. Newsletter
Registering for early access also subscribes you to the Noctis newsletter, through which we send launch news, updates, and the notification described in Section 3. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails. Note that unsubscribing may mean you do not receive the instructions needed to claim your reservation.
6. Your commitments
By registering, you agree to:
- provide accurate information and not impersonate any person or entity;
- choose a name that is not offensive, hateful, obscene, infringing, or misleading, and that complies with our naming rules;
- not use bots, scripts, or automated means to register or to reserve names;
- not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, or otherwise abuse the service or other users;
- comply with these Terms, our naming policy, and the in-game rules that will apply at launch.
7. Availability & changes
Reservations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. We may, at our discretion and without liability, modify, suspend, or end the early-access program; change or reclaim names that violate our policies; or update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued participation after a change means you accept it.
8. Names & content
Character names must follow our naming rules (letters and numbers only, within the length limits shown on the form). We may reject, change, or reclaim any name that breaches these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, at any time.
9. No purchase; no payment
Early-access registration is free and requires no purchase or payment. We will never ask for payment details to reserve a name.
10. Eligibility
You must be old enough to consent to these Terms and to the processing of your personal data under the laws of your country (and at least the minimum age required there). If you are not, please do not register.
11. Disclaimer & liability
The early-access program is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your participation, including the loss or unavailability of a reserved name.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you confirm that you have read and accept it.
